ABOUT LEADERSHIP EL PASO (LEP)

The El Paso Chamber's Leadership El Paso (LEP) program is the region’s premier leadership incubator and was nationally recognized by the Stevie® Awards for Customer Service Training/Coaching Program of the Year - Business Services Industries category award winner in 2021. Over the course of a year, a select group of professionals come together each month to learn more about the major sectors, organizations, businesses, and programs operating in the greater El Paso area. Participants meet with some of the most powerful changemakers in the Borderland, learn leadership skills from regional experts, and network with key stakeholders across a wide range of industries. In addition to these professional development opportunities.

Class Project:  Each class is responsible for developing and executing a class project that drives lasting, positive change in El Paso. This year, LEP Class 44 will host a dodgeball tournament to raise money for La Nube Children’s Museum located in the heart of downtown El Paso, set to open in 2024.

ABOUT LA NUBE CHILDREN'S MUSEUM

La Nube Children's Museum will be a space where imagination, like the clouds above, can take any shape. El Paso’s new hands-on center of imagination, exploration, and creativity was designed for children and adults to embrace their natural curiosity and learn through play. With nine themed learning experiences spread across four stories and 70,000 square feet of space, there are endless opportunities for you to discover something new. Opening 2024.

TEAM INFORMATION

  • Teams: Each team will consist of a maximum of 11 players, with a registration fee of $500 per team
  • ​Players: Teams must have a minimum of 7 players
  • Tournament: 24 teams, double elimination bracket, culminating in final championship game

  • 8:30 AM- Team Check-In & Breakfast
  • ​9:00 AM- Doors Open to the Public
  • ​9:30 AM- Game Time
  • ​2:00 PM- Awards

EVENT TICKETS

Doors open at 9:00 AM to the public to watch the dodgeball showdown! Buy them in a advance online, or pay at the door. No cash accepted at the door. Card or Venmo only.
